Marketing

Our marketing support is designed to help you attract new customers and create loyalty among existing customers at the local level.

  • We provide you with a marketing plan that integrates direct mail, email marketing, an online presence, educational outreach, public relations, and other advertising, resulting in a comprehensive strategy.

  • We will guide you through the process of building a marketing budget that maximizes the resources within your local market, including your launch and grand opening plan.

Information Systems & Technical Support

Over the many years in business, we have been able to fine-tune the programs we use for all facets of running the business.  All our programs are web-based and have on-line training available at any time. 

  • CRM Program – This will help keep track of all your leads and follow ups).

  • Scheduling program – Schedule all employees and jobs needing to be completed.

  • Employee Time-tracking program – Our employees work in the field and can electronically clock in & out from their cell phones. The program will keep track of the location each employee clocks in & out from.

  • Communication App – Each employee and all your clients can communicate through our communication app.

Training Program

You will start with access to each one of our on-line programs and will be able to get familiar with using them prior to arriving in NY for your one-week training program. You’ll be trained in every facet of developing and running a successful business.
  • In-Office training
– We will go over the programs we use to help with all day-to-day operations.

– Proper use of private label cleaning solutions (“our Secret Sauce”) and tools we use to properly clean restaurants.
  • Out in the field
– We will go into a fully functional restaurant and teach you how to clean it to the highest quality.

– We will teach you techniques we use to be the most efficient and be able to clean properly.
  • Ongoing
– You will have access 24/7 to training videos to refresh your team or to teach any new employees on all the cleaning techniques and proper chemical use.

If you need a refresher, our professionally trained staff will be available to help you with hands on training.

Ongoing Support

Count on us for ongoing support and communication via email, phone calls, and in-person visits. We are just invested in making your business a success as you are. The support you want & need is always just a phone call away.

  • Online Support
– You will have 24/7 access to an online support portal that offers many tools to the franchisee of CRG. On this portal there is also training modules that can be used by all your employees.
  • Back Office Support
– The CRG Office will perform all your invoicing to your customers. We provide an online financial portal that allows you to keep up with what invoices have been paid in real time.
  • Sales Support
– We will start with documenting incoming calls, emails or contacts interested in service

– Site visits – we will show you how to analyze a new restaurant and how to prepare a detailed proposal for the services needed.

– Follow-up with potential clients.

– When servicing a client out in the field, your team may have a question or issue you may not have an answer for. Don’t worry, we have 24/7 support by one of our expert operation managers.
